Dhaanish mahalites work with one another without bias about culture or language. They may be diverse but they are one like an orchestral symphony.
The academic life is thoroughly monitored in the mahal by the staff who cater to individual needs by making surprise checks on them. By this process of evaluation and teaching, the performance level of mahalities is increased manifold. When there is a need special classes are held for students.
The academic records of all the mahalites are properly maintained including their cycle test marks, mid-term test marks and university exam marks. The progress is measured and monitored periodically.
